If you are over 18 you can fill out a waiver at the park or print this one and bring it with you.
If you are under 18 you need to have your parent or guardian sign the waiver in person at the park or you need to print this waiver and have your parent/guardian sign it and notarize it. They can have that done at a bank or UPS store. No exceptions.
